About HTC Group

  HTC Group is a Chicago based not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The organization's

  primary focus is workforce readiness.

  Our mission is to help job seekers with all aspects of the job search process by giving

  them the appropriate tools and knowledge to make them more marketable in a competitive

  job market.

  We have an extensive background in recruiting and talent development and have hired

  over 5,000 candidates over the past 8 years and have a passion and niche for working 

  with the gen y population.

  We specialize in services for all job seekers. We offer special programs for high school

  and college students.

  We have a program for experienced candidates that are returning to the workforce

  or have been downsized.
